Recording and duplication licences
To record and/or duplicate any of our productions you will require a licence from the publishers - Edgy Productions Ltd. This is in addition to any performance licence purchased from us. If you would like to record a performance of any part of our productions you must complete the form below or contact us to discuss.
A recording/duplication licence costs £26.50 inc VAT. In addition, 15% of the gross proceeds from the sale of recordings is payable to Edgy Productions if you are doing the duplication yourselves. If you would like us to produce professional copies in presentation cases see the offer below and select this option in the form. Under the terms of this offer, no 15% commission from the sale of recordings is payable.
NOTE – IF YOU ARE EMPLOYING THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO OR RECORDING & DUPLICATION COMPANY, THEY ARE BOUND BY THESE SAME CONDITIONS. IF SUCH A COMPANY, AT YOUR REQUEST, RECORDS AND DISTRIBUTES VIDEOS, CDS OR DVDS OF ANY PERFORMANCE OF ANY PART OF OUR PUBLISHED MATERIAL, WITHOUT PURCHASING A LICENCE TO DO THIS FROM EDGY PRODUCTIONS, THEY AND YOU WILL BE IN BREACH OF COPYRIGHT LAW AND SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.

Recording and duplication licence application form
To apply for a recording/duplication licence, please complete this form and submit it at least 14 days before the performance. We will invoice you for £26.50and then send you a copy of your licence once payment has been received.
