Recording and duplication licences
To record and/or duplicate any of our productions you will require a licence from the publishers - Edgy Productions Ltd. This is in addition to any performance licence purchased from us. If you would like to record a performance of any part of our productions you must complete the form below or contact us to discuss.
A recording/duplication licence costs £25.00 + VAT. In addition, 15% of the gross proceeds from the sale of recordings is payable to Edgy Productions.
NOTE - IF YOU ARE EMPLOYING THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO OR RECORDING & DUPLICATION COMPANY, THEY ARE BOUND BY THESE SAME CONDITIONS. IF SUCH A COMPANY, AT YOUR REQUEST, RECORDS AND DISTRIBUTES VIDEOS, CDS OR DVDS OF ANY PERFORMANCE OF ANY PART OF OUR PUBLISHED MATERIAL, WITHOUT PURCHASING A LICENCE TO DO THIS FROM EDGY PRODUCTIONS, THEY AND YOU WILL BE IN BREACH OF COPYRIGHT LAW AND SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.
Recording and duplication licence application form
To apply for a recording/duplication licence, please complete this form and submit it at least 14 days before the performance. We will invoice you for £25.00 + VAT and then send you a copy of your licence once payment has been received.
